Next you need to establish business and personal goals.  It's tempting to skip this step, but you would be making a big mistake. Setting goals is a pre-requisite to later success.  The adage, "When you fail to plan, you plan to fail," applies. Goals help you set direction and measure your progress. 

What are you trying to accomplish and where do you see your business going?  Write down your short term goals and long term goals...This is a very important process because if you dont know where you are going, then how will you ever reach your destination?  Here are some guidelines to help you in the process:

• Set objectives for the various parts of your business as well as for the business as a whole.
• Break them down into achievable projects with a practical timetable for completion.
• Assign responsibilities for meeting specific objectives to key personnel.
• Set reporting procedures that enable you to monitor progress toward your goals.
• Consider your willingness and ability to re-invest your salary/business profits to help meet your objectives.
• Set hours for working on your business and adhere to the schedule you set.

If you already have your goals written and you are satisfied with them you may move to the next step.
