Our Basic DotNetNuke Support Plan provides 4 pre-purchased hours of DotNetNuke Support over a 1-month period. Support request can be requested via email, web interface, and toll free telephone (Mon - Fri 9 AM - 5 PM EST). This plan offers a 4-hr maximum response time.

In the event that you require more than 4 hours within a one-month period, additional hours may be purchased at the rate of $90 per hour billed in quarter hour increments.
